TMJ

Did you know a relaxed jaw is slightly open? The jaw, when relaxed, allows movement to travel through the body and out of the head, releasing tension with ease. Try opening and closing your jaw slowly, only open it as far as is comfortable, nothing forced. By doing this you are not only releasing tension in the jaw, but also in the head, neck, shoulders and spine. Wise Move has a series of movements for the jaw and TMJ. You will feel tension melt away, and become aware of comfortable movement patterns you can do throughout the day. These movements will reduce pain, allow you to sleep better, and help to protect your teeth.

Let us show you how to move past TMJ.

Making the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy elegant.
