Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

The Feldenkrais Method® gives people with MS a sense of awareness that can be used at any given moment. Movement is developed from the center or core muscles of the body. Initiating muscles from the core conserves energy and distributes movement options throughout the body. Instead of supporting ourselves in movement we can make conscious decisions in motion at any given moment. Understanding awareness in this form improves function. Functioning becomes smooth and relaxed. The Feldenkrais Method has helped many people with MS, give us a call if you have any questions.
