Traumatic Brain Injury

After a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) the signals in the brain can be scrambled, affecting everything from our balance to our sense of self. Some of those signals may sort themselves out, while others need a little help. Using slow, sequential movements, the Feldenkrais Method® helps organize the nervous system letting you feel more grounded, as well as reestablish and even create new patterns of movement.

Life is not a stable process. Our ability to recover is our greatest quality
