Back and Neck Pain

Whether it be at a desk, in a vehicle, or on a plane, sitting is something we all do — and when you start to fidget in your seat you have already received a number of signals telling you that something is not right for your nervous system. Continuing to sit in such a way, and not heeding those warning signs, often results in pain that can become severe. You can get short term relief if you stand up, but what if that isn’t an option? What most people don’t know is that in order to move away from pain, there are small, slow movements that can be done while sitting. Once you understand how effective these comfortable, high quality movements are, you’ll have gained a new insight into your nervous system.

Without learning to know ourselves as intimately as we possibly can, we limit our choices. Life is not very sweet without freedom of choice.
